Website Rework is operated by Nesk Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as Website Rework, based in Heidelberg, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you enquire, contact us directly or request our services.
Information you share with us
Our enquiry form asks for your name and email address. You can also provide a website address, select a service and include a message. The website address, service selection and message are optional. When you contact us directly, we collect the contact details and information you choose to share, including correspondence about your business, website and requested work. Please don’t send passwords or sensitive information through the enquiry form.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand what help you need, prepare quotes, provide services you request and manage our customer relationship and correspondence.
Providers that help handle enquiries
Our website is hosted on Framer and uses Framer’s native enquiry form. Framer processes information submitted through that form. Enquiry notifications are sent to hello@websiterework.com.au, forwarded through VentraIP and received in the operator’s Gmail account. VentraIP helps route the email, and Google provides Gmail to receive and store it. These providers process or store information as part of delivering their services.
Processing outside Australia
Our providers may process or store personal information overseas. Framer’s privacy statement describes transfers outside the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, including to the United States. Google’s privacy policy describes processing on servers around the world. VentraIP’s privacy policy says personal information is generally stored in Australia. This does not mean every part of an enquiry’s processing stays in Australia.
Access, correction and deletion
You can email hello@websiterework.com.au to ask for access to your personal information, request a correction or ask us to delete it. Please explain what information your request relates to. Deletion may be limited by applicable recordkeeping obligations, including records we need to retain in connection with services we provide.
