ABOUT WEBSITE REWORK
Digital experience. Small business understanding.
Website Rework helps small businesses make sense of their websites - and make them better.
Hi, I’m Niki.
I’m Niki, an experienced digital product and website specialist based in Heidelberg, Melbourne. My background includes digital products and major websites across government, transport, banking, energy and digital services - work where clear information, usable journeys and practical delivery matter.
I also know what it’s like on the other side of the screen. Running an Australian eCommerce business has given me firsthand experience of the decisions, competing priorities and day-to-day realities of a small business.
Website Rework brings those perspectives together: practical digital thinking, honest conversations and a focus on what your business actually needs.
No jargon. No unnecessary rebuilds.
Sometimes the best next step is a small improvement. Sometimes it’s a fresh start. We’ll help you understand the difference, without pressure.
Your website could be doing more.
Not sure where to start? Tell us a little about your business. We’ll work out the next step together.
